Full Service - Planning

This package is for the couple who needs assistance throughout the entire planning process. The Full Planning package includes:

• Consultation meetings via phone, email, and in person
• Recommendation of top wedding professionals
• Attendance at vendor appointments as needed
• Assistance with venue selection
• Event concept/theme/decor development
• Wedding attire assistance
• Budget and Timeline Management
• Vendor contract review and negotiation if needed
• Vendor confirmation during the week of the wedding
• 1 Hour of Rehearsal Coordination Coordination and Direction
• Up to 7 hours of Coordination and Direction on the day of the wedding    

Day-of-Planning

This package is for the couple who has all of the details in place, but would like for someone to handle the details so that they can enjoy their special day. The Day-of-Planning package includes:

• One 2-hour consultation 1-3 weeks prior to the wedding date to review wedding details
• One 1-hour walk through at your wedding venue
• Review of vendor contracts
• Vendor confirmation during the week of the wedding
• Unlimited phone calls and emails two weeks prior to the wedding
• 1 hour of Rehearsal Coordination and Direction
• Up to 7 hours of Coordination and Direction on the day of the wedding

Getting Started

This package is a 2 hour consultation for the newly engaged couple who wants to handle most of the details themselves, but need a professional hand to point them in the right direction. The Getting started package varies depending on what areas the couple needs assistance with such as:

• Top Wedding Professional Referrals
• Budget Development
• Design Brainstorming
• Etiquette Questions
• Timeline Help

Hourly Consulting

Our Hourly Consulting package is for the couple who wants to handle most of the planning themselves, but just need a little help with getting started. This package could also be used if you just need a little help in a specific area. Whether it is assistance with vendor recommendations, budget preparation, or help with a timeline, hourly consulting can be tailored to fit your needs.

Additional Hours can also be added onto any pakage at our hourly rate.
